Coming from Mermigkies, Katerina was born and grown up in Athens. She went to Greek-French School Saint Joseph and studied Sociology in Panteion University.

She worked in NGOs and associations, in private companies as well as she established rentals on Airbnb.

In international level, she took advantage of opportunities that European programs offer to youth and participated in more than 30 projects.

In 2019, she moved to Fellos to fulfill one of her long-standing dreams: transform a conventional family farm into an agricultural facility driven by the principles of sustainability, zero waste and circular economy.
