When the British charity Cyclades Preservation Fund (CPF) started in December 2017, Annie participated as an Executive Director, with respect and care for the unique natural environment of the Cyclades, as well as the belief that individuals and communities have the power to bring about positive change. After completing her postgraduate studies in International Affairs, Environmental Governance and Sustainable Development, Annie worked for 15 years with Greek and International NGOs and Foundations in the sectors of environmental and cultural management, sustainable development, fundraising, communication and human rights. She is now with her family in Naxos and travels regularly to the other islands, as well as to Athens and London, when necessary.
